I do not (and will not) ever share any of your personal information with anyone.   Period.

Any personal information you provide when you make a purchase is collected and maintained by whatever payment processor you choose to use, whether that payment processor is PayPal or Visa or personal check or money order.

The only personally identifiable information I personally receive and keep is your email address (which identifies who made the purchase), your name (if you choose to share it, so I can address you on a more friendly personal basis in whatever email or telephone conversations we may have with each other), what product you purchased, when you purchased it, and how much you paid for it, and I do not share this information with anyone.

Such information is maintained in an encrypted folder. All system backups are also strongly encrypted.

I keep all of my systems fully patched, applying all security patches as soon as they become available to me.

No one else has (or will ever have) access to any of your personal information except me. Ever.

If any government or legal entity asks for it they can kiss my arse. I'd rather go to jail for contempt than rat on any of my customers.
